EMC Relocations
EMC Relocations is a boutique relocation company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We provide any support needed to get settled in Jakarta: From Home search via school search, house auditing, cultural training and more.
Being boutique means we don’t follow a one fits all-approach. We treat every client according to their individual needs and expectations. We would never show our clients an overwhelming number of houses. We show them the ones that fit.
Esti McMillan
Esti was born in Surabaya, Indonesia. She studied, lived and raised her kids overseas. With experience on both sides of local and expat life, Esti knows first-hand what it is like to uproot your family and move internationally. EMC Relocations was born in 2003 out of Esti’s passion for making that journey as easy as possible, by understanding your needs and tailoring solutions to them.
With her wealth of knowledge, Esti is something of a local guru for all things Jakarta and Indonesia. Her style is open, warm and friendly, yet professional, efficient, and she is always ready to help. EMC Relocation’s boutique services have always enjoyed strong word-of-mouth from grateful families who have settled happily in Indonesia.
Lyubov Averiyanova
Lyubov joined EMC Relocations in June 2019. Lyubov is Russian and has lived in Jakarta for five years. Before moving to Indonesia with her family, Lyubov was based in Singapore and Bahrain. She has more than 14 years of international experience in the real estate and hospitality sector.
As a relocation and real estate specialist, Lyubov’s main focus at EMC Relocations is in high standard apartments. If you prefer to rent an apartment in Jakarta or if you are considering buying one, Lyubov is the perfect contact.
Tenny Afrianti
Tenny graduated from the reputable Academic of Tourism Trisakti in 2000. She started her career in the Sales & Marketing departments of Ascott, Oakwood and Fraser Residences. She has five years of working experience as a property and relocation consultant and seven years of experience as a property developer. Tenny joined EMC Relocations in 2020 as an Account Executive.
Putri Alviata
Putri works as Coordinator and Digital Marketing expert at EMC Relocations. She graduated from Budi Luhur University in 2018 and has been working with EMC Relocations since then.
