This tropical style compound consists of 16 houses located on the border of Kemang and Cilandak. The houses are spacious with 4 bedrooms and study or with 5 bedrooms. Each house is equipped with a swimming pool, some houses even have quite a big garden. From the compound you can reach the center of Kemang within five minutes. Some of the international schools in Jakarta can be reached easily: To Nord Anglia School school it is around ten minutes by car. The Australian Independent School can also be reached with a bus or car ride of around ten minutes. Lycée Français de Jakarta is around 20 minutes away and Jakarta International School 30 minutes. British School Jakarta can be reached via the toll road in around 50 minutes. This compound is very popular with young families. If you are moving to Jakarta with kids this neighborhood will help you and your children to make friends quickly. The location is also a good one to explore the area by foot, with many cafes and shops in close vicinity.
